The structure
8-week programs, fixed cohort size (deliberately small). Weekly sync sessions — everyone shows what they shipped that week. No lectures.
What we actually measure
Not grades, not test scores. Progress visibility: is this person moving? Engagement quality: when they give feedback, is it useful? Consistency.
The accountability mechanisms
Async updates posted every week — not optional. Peer review pairs — you review someone's work, they review yours. End-of-cohort demo: build something real.
What Cohort 01 taught us
The members who shipped the most were not the most skilled — they were the most consistent. The biggest variable wasn't talent or time — it was environment.
